INTRODUCTION 

You agree to use the Conektr mobile app/website only for purposes that are permitted by these Terms & Conditions and any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practices in the relevant jurisdictions.

You agree that you will not access or attempt to access the mobile app/website other than through the provided interface unless specifically permitted in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Conektr. You specifically agree not to access or attempt to access the mobile app/website, or any portion thereof, through any automated means, including but not limited to the use of scripts or web crawlers.

You agree that you will not engage in any activity that disrupts or otherwise interferes with the mobile app/website (or the servers and networks connected to it). You agree not to duplicate, reproduce, copy, sell, trade, or resell the mobile app/website for any purpose.

You are solely responsible for any breach of your obligations under these Terms & Conditions and for the consequences (including any loss or damage that Conektr may suffer) of such breach.

YOUR ACCOUNT AND AMENDMENT TO THE TERMS OF USE

You may be required to register with Conektr to access certain services or areas of the site. Your username and password are for your personal use only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting access to your devices. You accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account.

Conektr reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate accounts, refuse service, or cancel orders.

We may modify or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will govern your future use of the site and service, so we encourage you to review them periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the app/website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, data, software, and other materials ("Content"), is the property of Conektr or its suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights. Unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.

LEGAL CAPACITY TO MAKE TRANSACTIONS

Users must be at least 18 years old to place orders. If a minor places an order, their parents or guardians may be held responsible for any resulting loss or damages.

PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices are in AED and are subject to change at any time. Prices may vary due to promotions or sales. In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or amend any orders.

We accept online payments and cash/card on delivery where applicable. Users are responsible for ensuring secure transactions. Conektr is not liable for unauthorized access due to device security issues.

ORDERS & FULFILLMENT

• Orders must be placed via the mobile app/website.
• Vendors manage their own order fulfillment and delivery.
• Conektr is a marketplace platform connecting customers with vendors and does not own or operate any stores or delivery services.

Processing & Acceptance:

• Orders are processed as per vendor availability.
• Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of the order.
• Vendors reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or other reasons.

Order Tracking & Updates:

• Customers will receive order updates via email/SMS/push notifications.
• Vendors handle all delivery logistics and tracking.

Cancellation & Changes:

• Orders can only be canceled or changed before being processed.
• Cancellation requests should be made directly through the app.

DELIVERY & RESPONSIBILITY

• Vendors are responsible for their own deliveries.
• Conektr does not provide delivery services and is not liable for delays, damages, or issues related to vendor-managed deliveries.
• Delivery times depend on vendor availability and location.

FAULTY PRODUCTS & RETURNS

If a product is damaged or faulty, users must contact the respective vendor for returns or refunds. Each vendor sets their own return policies, and Conektr does not process returns or refunds directly.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

• Conektr is a marketplace platform and is not responsible for vendor actions, product quality, or delivery services.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold.
• We are not liable for any losses, including business losses, arising from the use of our platform.

DISPUTES

Any disputes should first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they shall be subject to arbitration under the rules of the relevant jurisdiction.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of UAE. Any legal proceedings related to these terms must be filed in the relevant courts of UAE.

RIGHT TO SUSPEND OR CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT

We may suspend or close your account immediately if you breach these Terms & Conditions.

MISCELLANEOUS

• Users may not transfer their rights under these Terms & Conditions to any other person.
• If we do not enforce any part of these Terms, it does not waive our right to enforce it later.
• We are not responsible for service disruptions beyond our control.
